What cleaning method do you use?
To perform carpet/ upholstery deep cleaning we use hot water extraction, eco & pet friendly solutions and professional cleaning equipment.
Can you remove all stains from carpets and upholstery?
There is no universal solution to remove all stains.
Carpets and rugs with stains are assessed and treated individually to determine use of the best solution and cleaning method.
Do you move furniture around?
It would be great if you could prepare the room for cleaning, move out some small furniture, however attending technician can help you to do it.
How long it will take for my carpets to dry?
It depends on the carpet thickness, what kind of fibre it is made off and how dirty it is.
Usually it takes few hours in ventilated room. Wool carpets are drying bit longer.
How long it will take for my sofa to dry?
Sofas drying depends on the fabric as some of them are more absorbent than the others also it will depends how dirty the sofa is. Most of fabrics will be completely dry in 4 to 8 hours but we can advise when we see it.
How long it will take for my mattress to dry?
Mattress drying time will depend on the material it is made off and also how dirty it is before cleaning. A very soiled mattress will need deeper cleaning and therefore a longer drying time. Most of mattresses will be fully dry in 4 - 8 hours.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned professionally?
It is recommended to have carpets professionally cleaned at least every 6 to 12 months to maintain healthy household environment.
How often should I have my sofas cleaned professionally?
It is recommended to have professionally cleaned sofa at least once a year to maintain its nice appearance, extend lifespan and improve their quality.
How often should I have my mattress cleaned professionally?
It is recommended to have your mattress professionally cleaned once every season or at least every 6 months to minimise allergy risk and extend your mattress lifespan.

Yes. We have public liability insurance that covering damage if they occur during cleaning process.

Our cleaning system is so effective, is able to kill 99.9 % of household germs, bacteria and dust mites.
