Natalia carpet services offer an excellent service. There was minimal disruption to me whilst he was here. The carpets look and smell amazing, they look brand new again! The price is very reasonable, will definitely be using this company again.

Arrived on time, polite and friendly and did an excellent job of getting every bit of dog hair out of my long pile rug which is no mean feat (golden retriever=shedding machine) then cleaned it to perfection. Will definitely use again and would recommend!

Friendly, fast and did an outstanding job on our upholstery. The only people we will ever call to clean our chairs in our pub. Years of big sweaty butts, booze and food spillages all gone in just a couple of hours. Exceeded our expectations, look like new. He even fixed a burn stain where my partner accidentally dropped the iron. We are very happy and will definitely use you again in a years time, thank you!! Natalia Carpet Sheriff is geniualy the best carpet cleaning company in the area and only 5 stars is not enough. Excellent customer service and very easy booking over the phone with exact explanation how the cleaning process will be carried out in stages. Reasonable price and outstanding service provided by very knowledgeable person. Apart from that I am over the moon with the results on my capet cleaning where I was in place to almost replace these. Now, thanks to Natalia Carpet Sheriff my carpets look like new again and is not enough to mention the gorgeous smell that left after the cleaning. Cannot recommend Carpet Sheriff enough. Requested a quote late at night and had one at 7 in the morning. They booked me in same week and did an amazing job, even took the stains out that we thought were permanent. Regret not booking them earlier. Tomas was super friendly and amazing at his job!

Natalia Carpet Sheriff is an amazing company, that provided excellent Customer service, attention to details, follow-up on questions, and most of all exceeded the required level of cleaning the carpets.I was struggling with dirt and stains on my carpet, in addition to moths (disgusting, I know). I couldn't identify the source of those moths but with the proper deep clean I got that all sorted out.10/10 service and delivery, can't recommend them enough.

Rang and spoke to several different businesses but decided to go with Natalie Carpet Sheriff due to the Tomas's friendly and knowledgeable wife. Booked me in within a couple of days of request and turned up early after a call to ask and he cleaned my couch for the first time in 6yrs! Looked loads better after he had finished with the cleaning in the heat and I have a dog so put pet protection on too. Took a day to dry with it being a fabric but not a problem. Would definitely use again for carpets and recommend 100%. Great job!!

EXCELLENT , came early after calling to check it was ok, explained that i had not included the charge for animals which was fine with me as my carpets were a disgrace( i have 2 cats and a dog), due to the animal hair it took longer and he made sure the job reflected this. Before stating he used a UV light to show me hidden stains (Urghh)The carpets were removed of fur by a special rotator, the stairs were done by hand, carpets cleaned with special animal stuff and left cleaner than I have ever seen them (apart from new 20yrs ago). Tomasz was so helpful friendly and polite, he knew his technical stuff and even moved furniture for me to ensure nothing was left uncleaned. I cannot recommend highly enough, if you are looking to get carpets cleaned don't waste time shopping around use this company! PS I am going to get them to clean my daughters suite, they are professional, helpful, friendly, and do the job!

Tomasz was called out to our flat super short notice after we moved in to a property to find dirty rugs + spoiled mattresses. He was super lovely + helpful + professional as he explained the cleaning process so I felt right at ease he would do a good job 🙂 We could only get the rugs done due to an agency mix up, but he was very flexible to work around our schedule + agreed to come back the next day no problems - and even rearranged again which was much appreciated in the midst of a stressful house move. The rugs + carpets look amazing now, his work has made a big difference and the whole house smell perfumed (vs no nasty chemical smell) so we are really happy he's done a great job. We HIGHLY recommend!

This company were fantastic. Another company cancelled on me in the morning and Natalia Carpet Sheriff had an availability later in the day. My day off work was not wasted! Tomasz did a fantastic job, he worked hard and didn’t stop. He ensured I understood what I had booked in for online(very easy to do with prices for each clean listed clearly) before he started the job. I paid a little extra for stain and neutraliser. He did a great job, carpets are a little old so wasn’t expecting a miracle but I was very impressed with the end result and everywhere smelt lovely for the rest of the week. Highly recommend this company. Very friendly and local in the Salford area.
